  • Work closely with suppliers and cross functional teams to drive revenue and Product P/L
  • Work with Legal on Services’ T&C offering to customers.
  • Work closely with Marketing on promotional offerings and events.
  • Liaise closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure support of service offered to customers
  • Write up of Service Description of each services supported by the engineering team.
  • Develop internal and external order form to ensure smooth fulfilment.
  • Work on Service Level Agreement for each services.
  • Work with Marketing on monitoring Market trend and perform analysis of market insight and requirement to drive service enhancement.
  • Development and spearhead new product development from conceptualization, business case to final execution.

Academic / Professional / Experience Requirements:


  • Degree with minimum 4 years of working experience in Telecommunication industry.
  • Understanding of Product Life Cycle
  • Experience working in Internet Service Provider (ISP) / Telecommunication.
  • Good knowledge of Telecommunication and IP / Internet / Hosting Services would be advantages,
  • Strong in costing and pricing of Services.
  • Proven track record of successful launched Product and implementation.
  • Strong interest in both technical and commercial aspects in Internet and Telecommunication related business.
  • Self-motivated and customer oriented.
  • Familiar with the type of local loop offerings in Singapore.
  • Team player and independent.


  • Experience working in Internet Service Provider (ISP) or/and Telecom as Product Manager.
  • Knowledge of ISP in South East Asia and type of Internet Service offered.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. To be responsible for company IP network services including various type of internet lines, managed services, and data center services
  2. Manage and monitoring of company existing backend network infrastructure to meet uptime requirement.
  3. To assist in design, expand and continuous improvement of existing and new infrastructures.
  4. Managing and assigning of IPv4 and IPv6 addresses to provisioning team.
  5. Provide support to Network Manager to implement and execute network policies supporting NOC and team.
  6. Work closely with existing network vendors or service provider for troubleshooting of network related issues and ticket management.
  7. Provide response and support to Tier1 and Tier2 support for escalated network problems. 
  8. Assist Network Manager on creating and maintaining of technical documents.
  9. To work closely with other teams to share know-how knowledge and supporting their services.


Academic / Professional / Experience Requirements:

  1. Possess Degree or Diploma in Information Technology.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in ISP Telecommunication industry or related.
  3. Strong knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and usage in real world networking scenario.
  4. Good knowledge of IP network routing protocol like OSPF and BGP.
  5. Good knowledge on how to configure, maintain and troubleshoot of router and switches
  6. Familiar with Mesh Wi-Fi network and WAN technologies.
  7. Possess IP network related certification like CCNP or of the same is an advantage.
  8. Self-motivated, right attitude and always keen to learn new technologies.
  9. Intermediate knowledge of Linux system
  10. Familiar with SDWAN technologies, cloud hosting and data center services

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for 1st level and 2nd level response to customer technical support queries.

2. Open trouble ticket for customer reported incident and follow through ticket management process till ticket closure.

3. Provide response to customer technical support queries through email as well as phone calls.

4. Perform 1st level and 2nd level troubleshooting to customer technical support queries.

5. Perform onsite installation or troubleshooting to customer subscribed intern

6. To handle after office hours standby duty based on rotation schedule.


Academic / Professional / Experience Requirements:

At least a Diploma holder in IT / computers or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of working experience in ISP Telecommunication industry or similar.


Language (Spoken & Written) / Computer Knowledge Requirements:


1. Good knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and usage in real world networking scenario.

2. Ability to use network tools to perform troubleshooting for basic network related problems.

3. Good knowledge on how to configure, maintain and troubleshoot of router and switches from vendor like CISCO.

4. Possess good verbal as well as written communication skill when interacting with customers.

5. Self-motivated, right attitude and always keen to learn new technologies.

6. Must be able to work on shifts rotation.


Other Requirements:

Have interests in IT and networking and is curious of “what causes the problem” preferably
Have some hands-on experience in products including firewalls, Mesh Wi-Fi and Link balancer appliances.
Understanding of DNS (Bind), Email, SMTP Protocol, Web Server (Apache) and MRTG/Cacti/Nagios is advantageous.
Some understanding of Cloud Computing and VMware will be added value
