Job Description:

Handle full spectrum of Regional HR functions and ensure the smooth running of the HR department, including Payroll processing, Compensation and benefits, Employee Retention program, Training and Development, Recruitment and disciplinary, and Performance Appraisal.

  • Identify HR gaps and recommend HR solutions to related processes to achieve organizational goals
  • Prepare confirmation, annual increment, bonus, promotion, annual budgeting, and Insurance renewal
  • Review & implement policies, operating procedures, and improvement projects
  • Perform strategic HR planning to meet challenging business and operations requirements
  • Involvement in new business integration projects when necessary (e.g. ISO, BizSafe, etc..)
  • Resolving employee relations issues and addressing grievances
  • Ensure that HR policies are in compliance with the Singapore labor legislation and regulations
  • Monthly, Quarterly, and half-yearly and yearly HR reports as and when required by HQ
  • Organize team bonding events to encourage a cohesive work culture (e.g. CNY Lunch, Xmas party, etc.)
  • Travel arrangements for staff

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the IT/Tech industry
  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Laws, IRAS, CPF and other regulations
  • Familiarity of labour laws in APAC Region (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines) is an advantage
  • Knowledge in SAP / ERP system, SAGE Software, Successfactors is an added advantage
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (liaise with HQ in Hong Kong)
  • Excellent customer-oriented mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • High degree of initiative and possesses a positive and meticulous attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills (including project management/ problem solving)

Job Description: The success of the BDM will be measured on the following criteria:

Other responsibilities include:

Job Description:

  • Handle data entry work / Invoicing/ Credit Note, payables/ receivables/ general ledger (AP/AR/GL)
  • Check and update Cash and Bank Transactions
  • Support in general administrative duties

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘N’ levels or its equivalent
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required
  • Relevant working experience in AP, AR will be an added advantage

Job Description:
  • Provide legal advice, conduct legal research and analysis for various areas including APAC employment law, intellectual property law, conflict of law and company law
  • Research, evaluate and minimise different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations including litigation, financial and reputation risk
  • Maintain various in-house databases according to regulations in different jurisdictions including PDPA
  • Draft, review and negotiate settlement documents, contracts, agreements and other legal documents to assure the full legal rights of the group and the company
  • Coordinate and negotiate with external parties (clients, vendors, regulators, external counsels, public authorities etc.)
  • Advise on various legal issues on the business development front including potential liabilities and possible courses of action
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislations (articles, codes, statutes, bills) in the jurisdictions in which the group and the company operates
  • Provide legal guidance for M&A projects and ventures
Job Requirements:
  • A Law Degree from a recognised university in the Commonwealth, preferably qualified to be called to the bar in Singapore
  • At least 3 years’ experience in general commercial practice groups and/or as an in-house legal counsel at a technology/ telecommunications company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail with strong negotiation skills
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Maintain good control and balance between compliance and maximising business opportunities
  • Experience in the ASEAN region will be an advantage (eg Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia)

Job Description:

  • To be responsible for company IP network services including various types of internet lines, cloud hosting platform, various managed services and data center services
  • Manage and monitor existing company backend network infrastructure to meet uptime requirements
  • Assist in design, expand and continuous improvement of existing and new infrastructures
  • Manage and assign IPv4 and IPv6 addresses to the provisioning team
  • Provide support to Network Manager to implement and execute network policies supporting NOC and team
  • Work closely with existing network vendors or service providers for troubleshooting of network-related issues and ticket management
  • Provide response and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for escalated network problems 
  • Assist Network Manager in creating and maintaining of technical documents
  • Work closely with other teams to share know-how knowledge and supporting of services
  • Provide standby support after office hours of urgent escalation

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
  • Min. 2 years of working experience in ISP Telecommunications industry or related
  • Good knowledge of IP network routing protocols like OSPF and BGP
  • Good knowledge on how to configure, maintain and troubleshoot router and switches
  • Strong knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and usage in real world networking scenarios
  • Familiar with Mesh Wi-Fi network and WAN Technologies
  • Possess IP network related certification like CCNA or similar
  • Have a self-motivated attitude, and always keen to learn new technologies
  • Familiar with SDWAN technologies, cloud hosting, and data center services

Job Description:

  • Install and configure software and computer system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
  • Troubleshoot basic network or wifi issues
  • Handle AD user management
  • Preferably with some knowledge on AD policy and scripting

Job Description:
  • Assist in productizing Telecommunication Service including Internet Services, Managed Service and Products including, but not limited to:
    • Various Internet lines services

  • Work closely with suppliers and cross functional teams to drive revenue and Product P/L
  • Responsible for new Product creation and costing
