Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. To be responsible for company IP network services including various type of internet lines, managed services, and data center services
  2. Manage and monitoring of company existing backend network infrastructure to meet uptime requirement.
  3. To assist in design, expand and continuous improvement of existing and new infrastructures.
  4. Managing and assigning of IPv4 and IPv6 addresses to provisioning team.
  5. Provide support to Network Manager to implement and execute network policies supporting NOC and team.
  6. Work closely with existing network vendors or service provider for troubleshooting of network related issues and ticket management.
  7. Provide response and support to Tier1 and Tier2 support for escalated network problems. 
  8. Assist Network Manager on creating and maintaining of technical documents.
  9. To work closely with other teams to share know-how knowledge and supporting their services.

 

Academic / Professional / Experience Requirements:

  1. Possess Degree or Diploma in Information Technology.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in ISP Telecommunication industry or related.
  3. Strong knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and usage in real world networking scenario.
  4. Good knowledge of IP network routing protocol like OSPF and BGP.
  5. Good knowledge on how to configure, maintain and troubleshoot of router and switches
  6. Familiar with Mesh Wi-Fi network and WAN technologies.
  7. Possess IP network related certification like CCNP or of the same is an advantage.
  8. Self-motivated, right attitude and always keen to learn new technologies.
  9. Intermediate knowledge of Linux system
  10. Familiar with SDWAN technologies, cloud hosting and data center services
  11. Familiar with network security solutions and its deployment

Job Description:
  • Responsible for 1st level and 2nd level response to customer technical support queries
  • Open trouble ticket for customer reported the incident and follow through ticket management process till ticket closure
  • Provide response to customer technical support queries through email as well as phone calls
  • Perform 1st level and 2nd level troubleshooting to customer technical support queries
  • Perform onsite installation or troubleshooting to customer subscribed internet services
  • To handle after-office hours standby duty based on a rotation schedule.

Summary of Position:
The incumbent will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generate weekly aging reports in a timely manner for the group local entities. CRM Management
  • Develop CRM Strategy based on comprehensive landscape analysis & brand ambition
  • Flawless execution of CRM programs & coordination of all stakeholders from resource allocation and operation
  • Build and maintain active communication with Sales Managers. Work with the sales team to gather feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality, gain first-hand insights into industry trends and present results of implemented demand generation campaign strategy
  • Manage the customer profiles and transaction data and provide a regular market data analysis based on customer segmentation to be reflected on short, mid and long-term strategic planning and implementation of actionable insights for Sales team
  • Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s with min 3-4 years’ relevant experience
