Traditional Internet unable to Overcome High Latency from Thailand to Vietnam

The Business Challenge

The company was using Internet access from another provider and faced high latency from Thailand to Vietnam. Traditional internet via traceroute and ping test could not address the customer’s problem and has caused some major slowdowns in the workflow impacting business operations adversely.
