The success of the BDM will be measured on the following criteria:

Job Description:

  • Be responsible for company IP network services including various type of internet lines, cloud hosting platform, various managed services and data center services
  • Manage and monitor of existing company backend network infrastructure to meet uptime requirement
  • Assist in the design, expansion and continuous improvement of existing and new infrastructures
  • Managing and assigning of IPv4 and IPv6 addresses to the provisioning team
  • Provide support to Network Manager to implement and execute network policies supporting NOC and team
  • Work closely with existing network vendors or service providers for troubleshooting of network-related issues and ticket management
  • Provide response and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for escalated network problems
  • Assist Network Manager in creating and maintaining technical documents
  • Work closely with other teams to share know-how knowledge and supporting of services
  • Provide standby support after office hours of urgent escalation

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in Information Technologies
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in ISP Telecommunication Industry or related
  • Strong knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 sub-netting and usage in real-world networking scenarios
  • Good knowledge of IP network routing protocols like OSPF and BGP
  • Good knowledge on how to configure, maintain and troubleshoot router and switches
  • Familiar with Mesh Wi-Fi network and WAN Technologies
  • Possess IP network related certification like CCNA or of the same
  • Self-motivated, right attitude, and always keen to learn new technologies
  • Familiar with SDWAN technologies, cloud hosting, and data center services
  • Familiar with network security solutions and its deployment
  • Able to carry network equipment of up to 10 kg

Job Description:
  • Manage day-to-day operational duties and ensure the KPIs are met
  • Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of bills and reports to customers
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, Subtotals etc)
  • Performs checks on rates and other billing related indicators between the billing system and customers’ contracts
  • Obtains and uploads rates into the billing system and/or datasheets
  • Liaise with internal and external on billing related matters, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement
  • Constantly review and streamline work processes for better efficiency and improve productivity
  • Plan, test, monitor and implement UATs for system change/ projects/ initiatives
  • Undertake ad hoc projects assigned from time to time

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions and ensure smooth running of the HR department, including Payroll processing and Office Administration

  • Process monthly GIRO collections

  • Reconcile AR/AP to the G/L
  • Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
